Terms of Service

1. What RollDesk is

RollDesk is a booking and payments platform for solo service providers and small businesses. It lets you publish a booking page, set your availability, accept appointments, and collect payments from your clients. We provide the software; you run your own business on it.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use RollDesk. When you sign up, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current.

You’re responsible for everything that happens under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. If you sign in through Google or Apple, you’re also bound by their terms. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. Free trial and subscription

RollDesk starts with a 14-day free trial — no credit card required. When the trial ends, you can choose a monthly or yearly subscription in the RollDesk mobile app. The price and any applicable tax are shown by the App Store or Google Play before you purchase. A subscription unlocks the full platform: your booking page, unlimited appointments, client management, the mobile app, and Stripe payments from your clients.

Your RollDesk subscription is billed by Apple or Google and renews automatically for the same duration at the price disclosed by the store unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings, or through the subscription tools in the RollDesk app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled under the applicable store’s policies and any rights provided by law.

4. Payments between you and your clients

RollDesk uses Stripe to process payments. To accept money from your clients, you’ll connect a Stripe account, and your use of Stripe is governed by Stripe’s own terms. Payments from your clients flow to you through Stripe — RollDesk is not a party to the transaction between you and your client.

As the business, you’re responsible for delivering the services you’re booked for, for setting your own prices and cancellation and refund policies, and for handling any disputes, chargebacks, or refunds with your clients. You’re also responsible for any taxes on your sales.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use RollDesk to:

• Break the law or facilitate illegal activity
• Offer goods or services that are fraudulent, deceptive, or prohibited by Stripe
• Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, harassing, or harmful
• Impersonate someone else or misrepresent your business
• Interfere with, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform
• Scrape, resell, or copy the service except as expressly allowed

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or that put the platform, its users, or their clients at risk.

6. Your content and data

You keep ownership of the content and data you put into RollDesk — your business details, booking pages, and client information. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content only as needed to operate the service for you.

When you collect information from your own clients through RollDesk, you’re responsible for handling it lawfully and in line with our Privacy Policy.

7. Our intellectual property

RollDesk, including its software, design, and the RollDesk name and logo, belongs to CG Web Lab LLC. These Terms don’t give you any ownership of the platform itself — only the right to use it while your account is in good standing.

8. Third-party services

RollDesk relies on third-party providers such as RevenueCat, Apple, Google, Stripe, Supabase, and Twilio to deliver parts of the service. We’re not responsible for those services’ availability or actions, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.

9. Text messaging

RollDesk can deliver booking-related notifications — booking requests, confirmations, reschedules, reminders, and cancellations, plus your signup confirmation code — by text message (SMS) through Twilio. Texts are only sent to phone numbers voluntarily provided: yours for booking alerts, or your client’s when they add a number to a booking. Providing a number is optional, message frequency varies with booking activity, and standard message and data rates may apply. Anyone can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.

Text messaging is included with an active subscription, subject to a reasonable monthly usage limit shown in your settings. Texts are transactional only — never marketing — and delivery is best-effort: email remains the primary notification channel.

10. Availability and disclaimer

We work hard to keep RollDesk running smoothly, but we can’t promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CG Web Lab LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of RollDesk. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CG Web Lab LLC from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of RollDesk, your business, the services you provide to your clients, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

You can stop using RollDesk and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we’re required to by law. When your account ends, your right to use the service stops, though some provisions — such as payment obligations and the sections on liability — survive.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as RollDesk evolves. When we make material changes, we’ll update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use RollDesk after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which CG Web Lab LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located there.
